No Outdoor Unit is a trading name of Remodel It Ltd (Company No. 13173769), registered office First Floor, 167 to 169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT. Remodel It Ltd is responsible for the personal information you share with us. This notice explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and address when you contact us or ask for a quote
- Details about your room and property, including photos you send us
- Basic website usage data collected by cookies and analytics tools
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a survey
- To prepare quotes, carry out installations and send invoices
- To register product warranties with the manufacturer where needed
- To keep records we are required to keep by law, such as tax records
- To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it
We do not sell your information. We only share it where needed to carry out your installation, for example with our fitters or suppliers, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to two years if you do not go ahead, and customer and financial records for six years, as required by HMRC.
Your rights
