COOLING
Air conditioning with no outdoor unit
For London flats, leaseholds, conservation areas and listed buildings that have been refused a condenser. One unit inside the room, two neat grilles outside, fitted in a day.
The unit was never the obstacle. The wall was.
Most London flats fail air conditioning at the same point. The system itself is fine, but it needs a condenser bolted to the outside of the building, and the lease, the managing agent, the conservation officer or the neighbours put a stop to it.
A monoblock removes that step completely. The compressor, condenser and evaporator all live in one slim indoor unit, and heat leaves through two circular cores in the wall finished with flush weatherproof grilles.

Two ways to cool a flat that cannot take a condenser
Both work. They suit different people, and we would rather you knew which one you are.
