ABOUT US
Builders first. Air conditioning second.
No Outdoor Unit is the heating and cooling side of Remodel It Ltd, a London building contractor run by Gary Abrahams. Gary has around 30 years of hands on experience in building, refurbishment and fit out, and Remodel It has been trading since 2021.
Why we started No Outdoor Unit
Our customers in London flats kept asking for air conditioning and kept being told no, because a condenser could not go on the outside of the building. Through the wall monoblock units solve that, so we started fitting them, with the same care we bring to a kitchen or bathroom.
Because we are builders, we understand walls, lintels, services and making good. That matters when you are coring through the outside of someone’s home.
